The short version
- Using this website or requesting service means you agree to these Terms.
- Website content is general information, not a quote or a guarantee of availability.
- The scope, pricing, and timing of any job are confirmed with you directly before work begins.
- You are responsible for accurate property information and safe access to the work areas.
01Acceptance of These Terms
By using this website or requesting services from Project Guru LLC (“Project Guru,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. If you and Project Guru agree to separate written terms for a specific job, those terms control for that job.
02Use of This Website
This website provides general information about our property maintenance, handyman, make-ready, plumbing-related, HVAC-related, electrical-related, and repair services in Central Texas, including the San Antonio, Austin, and Waco areas. Website content is for general informational purposes and may change without notice. It is not a quote, a guarantee of availability, or professional advice for your specific property.
03Service Inquiries
Submitting a form, calling, texting, or emailing us is a request for information or service. It does not create a service agreement or guarantee that we will accept the work, perform it, or perform it on a particular date. We may decline a request at our discretion—for example, when the work falls outside our services or service area.
04Estimates and Quotes
Estimates are based on the information available when they are prepared, including the details and photos you provide. Conditions discovered on site, changes in scope, material availability, and other factors may affect the final scope, timing, or cost. Each estimate is subject to the terms stated in it or otherwise confirmed with you.
05Service Availability and Scheduling
Availability depends on location, the type of work, staffing, materials, weather, and other factors. Scheduled dates and arrival windows are good-faith targets and may need to change. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduling changes.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible. Any specific rescheduling or cancellation terms for a job will be confirmed with you directly.
06Your Responsibilities
When requesting or receiving services, you agree to:
- provide accurate information about the property, the requested work, and any known conditions or hazards;
- have the authority to request work at the property, or the permission of the owner or responsible party;
- provide safe and reasonable access to the work areas at the scheduled time, including any keys, codes, or occupant notice needed; and
- secure or remove pets, valuables, and fragile items from work areas where practical.
07Access to the Property
You are responsible for arranging access with tenants, occupants, owners, associations, or managers as needed. If we cannot access the property as scheduled, or if conditions are unsafe, the work may need to be rescheduled.
08Scope of Services
The work we perform is limited to the scope confirmed with you. Work outside that scope is not included unless we agree to it. Some work may require licensed trades, permits, or inspections; where that applies, it will be addressed when the scope is confirmed.
09Changes and Additional Work
If additional issues are found or you request changes, we will discuss them with you before proceeding with work outside the confirmed scope. Additional work may change the cost and schedule.
10Materials and Third Parties
Some work may involve materials, equipment, or products supplied by manufacturers or vendors, or work performed by qualified trade partners. Manufacturer warranties, where available, are provided by the manufacturer under its own terms.
11Payment
Pricing, payment timing, and accepted payment methods for a job are confirmed with you as part of the estimate or service agreement for that job.
12Intellectual Property
This website and its content—including text, graphics, logos, photos, and design—belong to Project Guru LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse the content commercially without our written permission.

- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems;
- introduce viruses or other malicious code; or
- scrape, harvest, or misuse information from the website.
